MAM 315: Mammography Patient Care& Image Production

This course integrates advanced patient-centered care principles with the physics, image production, and quality assurance foundations of mammography. Emphasis is placed on clinical decision-making, regulatory compliance, and image optimization across diverse patient populations. Students analyze patient risk factors, communication strategies, and digital imaging variables to support safe, ethical, and diagnostically accurate mammographic practice within MQSA-regulated environments.

Acceptance into the Mammography Program or permission of the Dean.
