In the event that there is an external threat that requires individuals to be sheltered in the building it is important for students, faculty, and staff to know what to do:
Overall Procedures
- Individuals who are outdoors should go inside the facility immediately.
- Instruct everyone to move to an interior area without windows if required. Seek guidance from the senior MCHP staff member present.
- Close all windows and doors in your area.
- If possible, report your status to faculty or senior MCHP staff member present.
- Await instructions and be prepared to implement other protocols if directed to do so.
